Learning concentration is one of the important factors affecting students' success in the learning process, particularly in Physical Education classes that require focus, coordination, and motor skills. However, observations conducted at SD Negeri 39 Banda Aceh indicated that many fifth-grade students experienced difficulties in maintaining concentration during classroom activities. This study aimed to determine the effect of the Brain Gym method on students' learning concentration in Physical Education. The research employed a quantitative approach using a quasi-experimental method with a Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The study involved 35 fifth-grade students selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through observation, pre-test and post-test of learning concentration, and documentation. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and the Paired Sample t-Test at a significance level of 0.05 with SPSS. The findings revealed a significant improvement in students' learning concentration after the implementation of Brain Gym. Before treatment, most students were categorized as having moderate and low concentration levels. After treatment, the majority of students reached the high concentration category (57.1%), while no students remained in the very low category. Statistical analysis showed a significance value below 0.05, indicating that Brain Gym had a significant positive effect on improving students' learning concentration. Therefore, Brain Gym can be recommended as an alternative learning strategy to enhance concentration in Physical Education classes at the elementary school level.
